Today is a warm day. I was driving back home and had the sunroof open the sun felt good on my head and face. Yesterday Brian, Sofia, and I walked around the front yard and were admiring everything that was blooming and beginning to show life again. The hydrangeas are beginning to grow nice green leaves on the old dead looking wood, the fiddleheads of the ferns are beginning to pop up and some are ready to uncurl. It is funny to think that you can eat them they look so alien to me!
The hot pink buds of the Magnolia in the backyard have begun do poke through the buds. I made pasta the other day with lemon, chives, peas, and parmesan cheese it was so good and fresh tasting.
